Tatiana Botta’s is a TEDx Speaker and Author, 5x Sandler Award Winner. Tati’s career spans leadership roles managing high-performing sales and HR teams, overseeing extensive client portfolios, and designing more than 100 global training programs across industries such as IT and automotive. She brings robust experience supporting sales organizations from the HR side within Fortune 500 companies, including General Motors, providing her with a comprehensive perspective on how talent development drives business outcomes.

Currently, Tati is the owner of Sandler by Tati Botta, a center of learning for sales teams.

Tatiana holds an MBA from Purdue University, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, and an Associate’s degree in Marketing and Sales. She is SHRM-SCP certified and holds credentials in Insights Discovery, DISC, and several other professional development frameworks.

She is the published author of People Sell to People, fluent in English and Portuguese, and proficient in Spanish.

In addition to her corporate and entrepreneurial achievements, Tatiana serves as the Honorary Consul of Brazil in Michigan, a diplomatic role in which she fosters cultural and economic ties between Brazil and the United States. In this capacity, she also supports the Brazilian community and assists with critical humanitarian cases involving domestic violence, imprisonment, and other urgent matters.
